Dr. Muhamad Saiful Bahri Yusoff is a Professor of Medical Education at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universiti Putra Malaysia. He holds an M.D., M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Medical Education and is widely recognized for his expertise in curriculum development, assessment, teaching and learning, and quality assurance in medical and higher education. He currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Education in Medicine Journal and President of the Malaysian Association of Education in Medicine & Health Sciences. In addition, he is the Special Advisor to the Executive Director of the ASEAN University Network (AUN), Regional Director for East Asia of the International Society for Emotional Intelligence, and a programme auditor for both the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and AUN Quality Assurance (AUN-QA).  

He is frequently invited as a speaker and trainer at national and international levels, contributing to faculty development and academic quality enhancement. He has played a key role in various strategic initiatives related to Malaysian higher education, including future scenario planning, competency-based and experiential learning frameworks, programme relevance to workforce demands, the development of a new merit-based admission system, and the design of national frameworks for credit hour system for postgraduate medical education and teaching excellence. He has also contributed to flagship programs such as the Teaching Scholar Programme, Flexible Lifelong Scholar Programme, Learnovator Programme and AUN Qualifications Excellence (AUN-QEx) Training Program.  

In recognition of his impactful research in medical education- particularly in the areas of well-being, resilience, and psychometrics - he has received numerous prestigious awards and research grants, including from ERASMUS and the Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS). Since 2022, he has been listed by Stanford University among the World's Top 2% Scientists. Previously, he served as Head of the Medical Education Department at the School of Medical Sciences and as Director of the Centre for Development of Academic Excellence (CDAE) at Universiti Sains Malaysia.

Assoc Prof Dr. Rozilini Mary Fernandez-Chung is the Executive Director of the College Education Development Project, a major transnational initiative aimed at upskilling college leaders, teachers, and policymakers in Bangladesh. She is also an Associate Professor of Education, specializing in educational leadership, curriculum, and policy development.

Her professional journey has transitioned from law to teaching and research in higher education, policy development, and partnership building. This trajectory is underpinned by a strong commitment to social development, lifelong learning, critical inquiry, and evidence-based decision-making.

With 28 years of experience in legal and professional education, Assoc Prof Dr. Fernandez-Chung’s work as an adult educator shapes her approach, grounded in the belief that education nurtures students and staff as lifelong, broad learners and reflective practitioners who make valuable societal contributions. She measures her success by her influence on institutional, national, and global policies, knowledge creation, partnership development, and enhancement of the student experience. Her record includes contributions to 25 key international and national policies and over 120 publications, reflecting a sustained dedication to academic and professional excellence.

Siti Ainulmursyida Shamsudin is a Special Education Teacher at SMK Orkid Desa, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with 17 years of teaching experience. She is widely recognised for her work in integrating artificial intelligence, digital innovation, and inclusive pedagogies to empower educators and learners with diverse needs.

She is a  Google Certified Innovator, Google Certified Trainer, Gemini Certified Educator, Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIE Expert), and Apple Learning Coach. Her achievements include being the Winner of the Malaysia Teacher Prize 2025, Winner of the BETT Asia Pioneer Award 2024, and the  First Place Winner of the National Outstanding Special Education Teacher Award 2026. She has also received numerous national and international awards for educational innovation and digital learning. 

She is the founder of PEKA OKU (Peluang Kerjaya & Akademik OKU), an initiative dedicated to promoting awareness, accessibility, and opportunities for persons with disabilities through education and technology.

As an international speaker and trainer, she has conducted numerous workshops and keynote sessions on artificial intelligence in education, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), digital content creation, and assistive technologies. She is passionate about making AI practical, inclusive, and accessible, helping educators transform innovative ideas into meaningful learning experiences for every learner.

Dr. Sumitra Nair is a recognized leader in sustainability, digital transformation, and talent development, with nearly 30 years of experience across the telecommunications, technology, and public sectors.

Sumitra is currently the CEO of Futurex Solutions, and a Digital Transformation, Talent and Sustainability Advisor. Prior to this, Sumitra has served as Senior Director and Group Head of Sustainability at Telekom Malaysia, Head of Business Environment Management at DiGi Telecommunications and Senior Advisor of Sustainability to Telenor ASA.

Sumitra also served as an EXCO member at Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), where she helped shape national digital economy policies and led large-scale digital inclusion initiatives benefiting youths, educators, and micro-SMEs across Malaysia.

In 2020, she was appointed as the digital economy subject-matter expert to the Economic Action Council Secretariat for the “Resetting Malaysia” report presented to the Prime Minister.In 2016, Sumitra was selected as one of 100 global thought leaders by the Finnish Hundred Project for her contribution to education innovation and in 2026, she was recognised as one of the top 50 corporate women leaders in Malaysia by HerNextChapter, a talent solutions platform.

Sumitra has spoken at over 200 forums globally, including events organized by UN and World Bank agencies. She holds a PhD in Business and Economics from Monash University, a degree in Economics from University Malaya, and a Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting Accreditation by the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)organisation.
