Dr Nor Aziah is currently a fellow of the Malaysian Academy of Professors. She was an honorary professor of Teaching and Learning at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). She was formerly the UiTM Director of Academic Development (2014-2021), the Director of E-learning (2012-2014), the Deputy dean (Academic) of UiTM Faculty of Education and an instructional designer at the university’s distance learning centre. She has a Masters degree in Physics and a Bachelor Degree in the same field from Indiana University, Bloomington. She earned a Graduate Certificate in ODL from University of Southern Queensland, Australia. Her doctoral degree is in the field of instructional technology. She has won awards including Best IIUM PhD (Education) Student Award, Malaysian Educational Technology Association Dissertation Award and Academic Excellence Award from KOSMA, Malaysia. Dr. Nor Aziah also won the EdTech Leadership in Asia for Tertiary Education Award (EduTECH) Asia 2019. She was also awarded UiTM Anugerah Tokoh Akademik and Ikon Akademia by the Department of Higher Education, MOHE in 2022. Her field of interest include Instructional Design and Technology (IDT) and ICT for Development (ICT4D), Technology enhanced learning environment, development research in Instructional Technology and education for sustainable development. Dr Nor Aziah once won the Amy Mahan Research Fellowship from IDRC, Canada that allowed her to study the use of ICT for empowerment and worked with twelve other research groups from all over the world. She has been involved in projects and research on technology for the needs of learners with disabilities. She is currently a member of a research group studying empathy and altruism among Dental students. She is also a member of a national study to formulate action plans to address the threat of drugs and substancesDr Nor Aziah conceptualized the Virtual Centre for Innovative Delivery and Learning Development @UiTM and spearheaded Education 5.0@UiTM, a strategic initiative to develop a holistic values-based and technology rich academic ecosystem. The A.D.A.B Model for designing learning which was approved by the UiTM Senate was developed by Dr Nor Aziah and team. She also led a team that was awarded the best team in a UNESCO Bootcamp for Learning Design and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in May 2023. She is currently assisting CADE-LEAD, UPM in integrating ESD in the curricula.Dr. Nor Aziah has published in journals, written chapters and edited books published by MIT Press, Springer, Sage, Information Age Publishing, Copenhagen Business School Press, Libri Press (UK) and IGI Global (Pennsylvania, USA). Her edited book titled “Cases on Responsive and Responsible Learning in Higher Education” was published in February 2023. She has recently published two other edited books titled “Digital Leadership for Higher Education Sustainability” and “Digital Transformation and Higher Education Sustainability” in June 2025.Dr. Nor Aziah has been involved in many Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education’s projects and initiatives. She was one of the writers of the Orange Book for Differentiated Career Pathways. She sat in committees at the Ministry of Higher Education level namely the strategic committee for MPU /General Education, the committee for MOHE ExCEL project, the taskforce for globalised online learning, the panel for the Redesigning Higher Education award (AKRI) and the panel for the conceptualization of HI COE for Teaching and Learning. Her other involvement was in the planning of Malaysian digital education where she co-chaired a nationwide impact study and sat on the national technical committee. She was also a member of the National Security Index Research team and a global mental health study conducted during the pandemic. Her past involvement also included a study of academic program relevance (MOHE) and a revisit of General Education (MPU) for Malaysian Higher Education. She worked with IPG (MOE) to develop a training framework for digital educators in 2023 and is assisting AKEPT as a member of the 2024-2025 instructional leadership training module developers. She is currently a member of MQA Values Based Education Taskforce and a working group member of the National Education Reform Committee commissioned by the Ministry of Economy.

Adam Brimo is the founder and CEO of OpenLearning, an AI-powered lifelong learning platform with more than 250 education providers and 5 million learners worldwide. OpenLearning is headquartered in Sydney Australia, has a regional head office in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and team members around the world. In December 2019, OpenLearning listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Adam was recognised in the 2017 Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia for consumer technology, and included in the Pearcey Foundation’s 2018 New South Wales tech entrepreneur hall of fame. He holds a bachelor of engineering in software and bachelor of arts in politics from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), while he completed his honours thesis at UNSW in partnership with National ICT Australia (now Data61).

Dr. Muhamad Saiful Bahri Yusoff is a Professor of Medical Education at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universiti Putra Malaysia. He holds an M.D., M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Medical Education and is widely recognized for his expertise in curriculum development, assessment, teaching and learning, and quality assurance in medical and higher education. He currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Education in Medicine Journal and President of the Malaysian Association of Education in Medicine & Health Sciences. In addition, he is the Special Advisor to the Executive Director of the ASEAN University Network (AUN), Regional Director for East Asia of the International Society for Emotional Intelligence, and a programme auditor for both the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and AUN Quality Assurance (AUN-QA).  He is frequently invited as a speaker and trainer at national and international levels, contributing to faculty development and academic quality enhancement. He has played a key role in various strategic initiatives related to Malaysian higher education, including future scenario planning, competency-based and experiential learning frameworks, programme relevance to workforce demands, the development of a new merit-based admission system, and the design of national frameworks for credit hour system for postgraduate medical education and teaching excellence. He has also contributed to flagship programs such as the Teaching Scholar Programme, Flexible Lifelong Scholar Programme, Learnovator Programme and AUN Qualifications Excellence (AUN-QEx) Training Program.  In recognition of his impactful research in medical education- particularly in the areas of well-being, resilience, and psychometrics - he has received numerous prestigious awards and research grants, including from ERASMUS and the Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS). Since 2022, he has been listed by Stanford University among the World's Top 2% Scientists. Previously, he served as Head of the Medical Education Department at the School of Medical Sciences and as Director of the Centre for Development of Academic Excellence (CDAE) at Universiti Sains Malaysia.
