The LIVE competition: Develop an Interactive Learning Experience is designed to challenge participants to create an interactive learning experience by leveraging emerging.
Guideline for LIVE competition: Develop an Interactive Learning Experience.
- The LIVE competition is open to all educators, innovators and researchers from all learning institutions, corporate training agencies and related industries both local and international.
- Participation may be as an individual or in a group (maximum of 5 members per group).
- To participate in the LIVE competition, interested individuals must complete the online registration form here. Once approved, participants must make the necessary payment to confirm their registration.
- The organiser reserves the right to amend or modify the competition rules and guidelines as deemed necessary.

- Participation may be as an individual or in a group (maximum of five members per group)
- The deadline for registration is 28 July 2025
- Each participant is allowed to register only one team.
- Only the first 10 teams will be selected to participate in the LIVE competition.
- The organiser reserves the right to reject the registration that do not fulfill the requirements of the competition.
- Each participation will receive a Certificate of Achievement as proof of participation.
- By submitting materials to the iLRF 2025 competitions, the organiser has the right to publish the submitted materials on our official website and social media platforms. This includes, but is not limited to photographs, videos, written content, and any other promotional materials you provide.
Judging Criteria:
- The evaluation will be made by experienced judges, selected by the organiser.
- Each submission will be judged based on the following criteria:
Innovation
Does the project/product demonstrate novel and creative approaches to interactive learning experiences?
Engagement
How effectively does the project/product engage the audience?
Learning Effectiveness
To what extent does the project/product facilitate significant learning outcomes?
Technical Proficiency
How proficiently did the presenter utilise relevant technical tools and methods? How effectively was the project/product technically executed? What level of accuracy and attention to detail was demonstrated in technical aspects?
Optimal utilisation of Software
How skillfully does the presenter utilise software tools to enhance the interactive learning experience?
Presentation
How well-organised, clear, and engaging is the overall presentation of the project/product?
Q&A session
How effectively does the presenter field questions, address concerns, and deepen understanding during the Q&A session?
- The judges’ decision is final.
- Any appeals will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Secretariat of IMU International Learning Resources Festival 2025 (iLRF2025)
- There will be a full refund of the registration fee for cancellation made by 26 April 2025
- There will be a 50% refund of the registration fee for cancellation made before 26 May 2025
- There will be no refund of the registration fee for cancellation made on 27 May 2025 and thereafter. The
- Organiser reserves the right to cancel or change the topic or trainer of the workshop if for whatever reasons beyond its control, the workshop cannot be held as scheduled, or the topics need to be altered.
