The IMU International Learning Resources Festival (ILRF) was an annual event jointly organised by the Learning Resources Department (e-Learning, Library, Medical Museum & Multi-Disciplinary Lab). The ILRF 2023 aimed to address both technical as well as the non-technical aspects of e-Learning. The ILRF event provided various opportunities to share and exchange knowledge, best practices and experiences with the focus on learning innovation and technology.

ILRF 2023 featured over ten workshops and webinars, as well as intriguing competition, exhibition and games that added glitter to this annual festival. This event was for anyone involved in organising learning and training events to develop others. These may have included trainers, facilitators, lecturers, managers, leaders, specialists, resource persons, instructors, etc.
